Job Description
For REWE digital Spain, a subsidiary of REWE Group with headquarters at PTA in Málaga, we are looking for GCP developers to be part of the product Customer Cloud. The product is responsible for ingesting marketing data sources, preparing data for analytics, and enabling its use on social media and e-commerce platforms.
As part of the team, the responsibilities include developing and maintaining new features on the Google Cloud platform, as well as design, programming, unit-testing, quality assurance, and documentation. The work will involve close collaboration with an agile team in Germany, and the team language will be English.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Sciences or related field
- Several years of experience in Python programming
- Knowledge about GCP and willingness to keep growing in this area
- Experience using version control (GIT)
- Practical experiences in software development and working in a development team
- Interest or experience in being part of agile teams
- Strong verbal and written skills in English
Nice to have:
- Knowledge/Experience with Apache Beam/Dataflow
- Knowledge of Java and/or OO programming
- Knowledge/Experience with Kafka/PubSub
- Knowledge of Terraform
- Knowledge of Cloud Build
