Data Analyst Position Overview
We are seeking a Data Analyst for a 100% remote position that involves working closely with senior leaders to measure and improve the company's approach to client interactions.
The Data Analyst responsibilities include evaluating large datasets, performing advanced data analysis, building automations, and developing tools using Python. Additionally, collaborating with teams to optimize reporting systems and dashboards for stakeholders is essential.
Data Analyst Responsibilities
- Evaluate large datasets for quality, accuracy, and perform advanced data analysis using applications or querying datasets.
- Assist with extracting, transforming, and loading data for analysis.
- Build automations of routine tasks and perform analyses to drive insights.
- Use Python for data cleaning, mining, analysis, and visualization.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize reporting systems and tools for decision-making.
- Develop dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
Data Analyst Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Python Programming, Data Analysis, or Business Intelligence roles.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Microsoft Power Query.
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel, with experience in Power BI and Salesforce being preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
