Skills Required
Must have 7+ years of experience working for US companies in the US. Recent experience (Within the last 3 years) working for a ‘Major’ insurance company. Additionally, 10+ years of experience in Full-stack development comprising front end, business logic, and data access layers.
Must have 7+ years of experience with technology stack including JavaScript (ES6 syntax, ECMAScript modules, etc.), C#, TypeScript, CSS, HTML, ASP.NET, AJAX, WCF, Python, and Jinja2. Significant experience building scalable web applications and services using JavaScript, C#, Web API, and TypeScript. 4+ years of extensive Python experience. Django and Jinja2 for web template rendering. Proficient in prominent libraries.
Experience with Node.js, asm.js, HTML5, DHTML, and XHTML. Extensive experience in CSS and Semantic HTML. Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodology. Skilled in writing shared code components and designing scalable applications. Modern deployment and testing experience. Effective communication with business clients for functional specs. Work exposure in a large development team setting.
The Role
The senior consultants will:
- Interact with and write code for various business units including accounting, contact center, and re-marketing teams.
- Direct the full product lifecycle for projects, involving user acceptance and approval.
- Utilize modern web technologies such as web sockets, service workers for building progressive web apps (PWAs).
- Take charge of the full development lifecycle from planning to successful release and support.
- Enhance web app communication, troubleshoot with stakeholders, and collaborate with colleagues.
- Participate in software architecture and design decision-making as well as code reviews.
