Job Description:

Works closely with senior Resident Expert team at customer site and helps in the lab upgrading and connecting test equipment.
Ensures all JIRA tickets are properly entered.
Applies acquired industry knowledge, technical expertise, and understanding of client's strategic direction and business goals to identify, develop, and deliver technical solutions.
Translates customer challenges into Client business opportunities and technical consulting services and solutions, including the design, scope, and development of the technical components, which improve overall performance of client's organization.
Integration may include 3rd party products, enhancements to Client products, or defining new Client product or service offerings to meet client requirements, including operational optimization of the customized solution.
Works in a consultative mode with management in customer organizations. Is accountable for the technical validity and interoperability of solutions and, typically, revenue growth of consulting services in assigned accounts/markets.
Initiates innovative new business opportunity development/ consulting approaches

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master Degree in EE, CS, Computer Engineering or equivalent
Ready to work hard and obtain advanced training, study and experience and internal recognition in specialty.
Wireless telecom and/or Network experience around 4G, 5G, Data Centers and/or security desired.
Any knowledge of telecommunications protocol knowledge desired in college or through work experience.
Phyton knowledge or other experience in Automation; Scripting; Test Case Development desired
Ability to travel on the customer site and work in the lab
Good communication skills

Pay: $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
