Responsibilities
Looking for Python Automation Test engineer with extensive Backoffice API experience
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for API testing using Python scripting.
Conduct testing of Rest APIs to ensure their functionality, performance, and security.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and design appropriate test strategies.
Create and maintain test data, test environments, and test automation frameworks.
Identify and report software defects, and work closely with the development team to track issues to resolution.
Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in API testing and quality assurance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar API testing tools.
Knowledge of E-Commerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento.
Familiarity with billing systems and subscription management platforms.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
ISTQB or other relevant certifications.
