• Position Title: Python Developer
• Position Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15222 OR Strongsville, OH 44136
• Length of Assignment: 6 months
• Start Date: 6/24
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days minimum in the office per week
• Employment Type: Only W2

Requirements

Must have technical skills/experience:

• Experience using libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
• Experience working with file-based systems supporting csv/parquet formats.
• Extensive knowledge in understanding Data and creating Data Pipelines.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing APIs.
• Hands-on experience building microservices using FastAPI or related technologies.
• A deep understanding of multi-process architecture and the threading limitations of Python.
• Hands-on experience with Object-Oriented Programming including limitations.
• Experience writing unit tests and ensuring code coverage.
• Able to handle all the database storage and retrieval mechanisms on Data Lake Platforms with extensive experience.
• Extensive experience in Unix-FTP-File Handling.
• Strong Hands-on experience with SQL databases.
• Experience with Agile Methodology, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience in version control using Git.

Interview Process

• 1st Round: 1 hr panel style with team members
