Rewrite and optimize reports using Python for improved efficiency and maintainability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the new Python-based reports meet business requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts and business stakeholders.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.
Communicate progress and challenges effectively to project stakeholders

~3 years experience with Python and VBA
Strong programming skills in both VBA and Python (numpy, pandas, datetime, tkinter).
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting practices and standards.
Solid understanding of coding standards and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
