Job Title: Python Engineer
Company: to be released via phone call - Fortune 500 financial client
Location: Phoenix, AZ (desert ridge)- HYBRID - onsite 3x per week
Job Type: 9-12 month contract with long term extensions
Pay Rate: preferably $60/hr but some flex for senior candidates
Must Haves:
- 3+ years of overall, backend Python Development experience
- Must have previous experience working in Machine Learning environments and have experience working with tools/concepts such as LLMs (Large Language Models) and NLP (Natural Language Processing)
- LLMs experience is an absolute must have

This person should have previous experience working in Machine learning environments. This person should also have experience working with tools/concepts such as LLMs (Large Language Models) and NLP (Natural Language Processing) This team's focus is on chat automation through Machine Learning to enhance their customer interactions. This role involves tasks such as prompt engineering, building and fine-tuning ML models, developing reusable AI/ML components, and fostering your personal and professional growth.
