Hi, we're Synapsi.xyz and we know that you don’t have time for marketing fluff. And we like to keep things simple, so let’s focus on the facts. We've been on the market since '19. Our area of expertise is mostly Python / ML development (and we have lots of appetite for LLM-iced cake). Exceptional minds call us home. And that’s who we hire. Period. Hence, we know what’s the price of real talent 💸. We strongly believe in the "work hard, party even harder" approach. Our benefits are like Pokemons - we have them all. And we have a fully flat structure. We're doing lots of cool stuff for brands even your mom probably heard of.
What type of person Synapsi.xyz is looking for
tl;dr If every now and then you find yourself in a situation where you say - "ah, scr*w it, I'll write it myself" - you're gonna feel like home at Synapsi.xyz. We're looking for some seriously brilliant folks. Hardcore engineers with ‘think first - code later’ philosophy. We love working with tinkerers; those who see programming as just a tool in their visionary toolkit. Do you consider yourself a bit unconventional? Well, that's even more fantastic. If you prefer sitting in a basement, man, that’s cool, you’ll find some of us there, too!
What you should bring to the table
- 3+ years of Python experience in production environments.
- Experience with the most popular Python toolkit is also required.
- Being a hands-on troubleshooter.
- Fluent Docker ;)
- AWS with its tasty bits like ECS, SQS, Lambda, SES, etc.
- Experience in CI/CD magic.
- OKayish communication skills - we're working with.. people, so it's rather required.
- A black belt in googling/stackoverflowing/GPT3ing is also important.
- B2+ English proficiency.

The recruitment process
We've been there too - applying for jobs can sometimes feel like firing a shotgun into the void. The good news is we actually look at each application individually and always come back with either an interview invitation or short feedback. Our recruitment process is really short and straightforward - just a few milestones - and we can wrap it up in a week or so. Plus - we’re the cool guys, so we’re always returning with feedback.
