An opportunity for a Software Development manager with a background in Python to make an impact in a growing Irish organisation. You will be joining the organisation at a pivotal point of change as they have recently been acquired. This has led to a significant increase in funding and influx of new clients. Your role will be managing a team of Python Software Engineers that are focused on scaling out their core platform. You will be the team’s technical authority, maintaining a high bar of clean sustainable code as well as providing people management and guidance.
You will partner with the other Engineering leaders in the organisation to enhance and further develop the product roadmap. The organisation has an office based in South Dublin that you will attend twice per month but outside that you can enjoy strong work from home flexibility. This position would ideally suit an Engineering leader with a background in using Python to develop complex web applications/platforms.
Skills/Experience:
- Commercial Experience as a people manager
- Strong understanding of Python and JavaScript
Salary/Remuneration Package:
€100,000 – €110,000 + Benefits
