Python Developer for Financial Markets

About the job

The role of a Python Financial Markets Developer Intern is to design and implement client-specific requirements. This is in the capital markets and commodities space. The person(s) hired for this role will utilize SDLC & Software design best practices to implement solutions for global clients.

Ongoing training, access to internal subject matter expertise, and collaborative support will be provided. Key Responsibilities:

• Experience with data analytics, including processing, analyzing, and presentation
• Python development experience
• Knowledge of pandas and numpy
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to learn independently
• Strong collaboration skills

Nice to haves include:

• Familiarity with basic financial securities
• Basic understanding of capital markets and/or commodity markets
• Experience using app development languages such as React
• Experience working with non-SQL databases
