• PYTHON SYSTEMS ANALYST
• 12-month contract

THE ROLE

A Sydney based client of mine is looking to hire 2 Python Systems analysts to join their team for 12 months. This role acts as the primary point of contact responsible for providing support services to internal and external customers in support of the operation of business applications. This includes a wide range of services including service desk requests, task administration, system upgrades and documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and monitor, infrastructure and automation of systems using Python and Shell.
• Manage application related tickets.
• Perform administration tasks.
• Perform monitoring reviews to ensure system reliability.
• Contribute to system configuration and system upgrades.

YOU WILL HAVE

• Strong Python programming experience with Django or Flask applications
• 3+ years in IT service management
• Strong knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL and database administration experience
• Strong knowledge of scripting (shell, python, perl, groovy etc)
