Job Description

Our client is seeking a Sr. Software Development in Test Engineer to join the Engineering Services team. This role involves building test automation and processes to ensure the quality of advertising systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering relevant ads to viewers, driving revenue, and enhancing customer experience. Responsibilities include developing automated test frameworks, participating in design discussions, and contributing to end-to-end acceptance tests. The ideal candidate should be independent, creative, and adept at operating in ambiguous circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Software Engineers
• Develop automated test frameworks
• Assist in triage, diagnosis, and issue resolution
• Drive conversion of manual tests to automated

Role Duties

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on software test development experience
• Passion for driving best practices in testing
• Proficiency with Python or other OO language
• Knowledge of software engineering practices and agile approaches
• Experience in building or improving test automation frameworks
• Proficiency in CI/CD integration and pipeline development

Additional Skills

• Strong Python knowledge base
• Experience with RESTful API
• Proficiency in SQL

Required Education

• B.S. in CS or equivalent degree/work experience
