Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a SENIOR PYTHON DEVELOPER in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python development, along with a strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. As a Senior Python Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities Of a SENIOR PYTHON DEVELOPER Includes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Interact with exciting customers and objectives throughout the federal space.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust Python applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Participate in architecture and design discussions, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Job Requirements Of a SENIOR PYTHON DEVELOPER
- 7+ years of experience in software development (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance) required.
- Understand the Software development life cycle.
- Must have demonstrated experience developing with modern languages such as Python, Ruby, Clojure, Java, JavaScript, etc.
- Highly preferred to have Python programming language experience.
- Experience designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to problems.
- Demonstrated experience using rapid prototyping and agile-based software development methodologies.
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
