Our client is offering a flexible salary of up to £65,000 depending on experience. Additionally, there are hybrid or remote working opportunities available.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the development and coding activities using Python, C++, JavaScript, and associated tools.
• Develop documentation and training material conforming to relevant Company standards and procedures.
• Undertake functional testing and validation of developed code, documentation, and training materials.
• Investigate customer product use scenarios, reproducing issues and resolving them.
• Take ownership of key project areas and offer advice to team members.
• Assist with resource planning procedures for each project.

Customer Engagement

• Act as a primary contact for customers to understand technical requirements.
• Produce designs and specifications to meet customer requirements.

Support & Development

• Identify and participate in research activities to advance department methodologies.
• Support Junior and Mid-Level Engineers when necessary.

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrable experience in Python programming/scripting essential.
• Experience in a software solution environment, with interest in Cyber Security beneficial.
• Proficient hands-on experience with C++ and Linux.
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
• Stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
