Requirements

• Associates or higher degree in Software or Computer Science discipline or code school graduate
• 5+ years working as a Software Engineer
• Experience with Python/Flask/Django
• JavaScript & Angular or React
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Self-starter, self-motivated attitude, and willing to take initiative
• Experience working with one or more CSPs (Cloud Service Providers) such as AWS, GCP or Azure

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver on product roadmap and customer issue commitments
• Develop and maintain unit and functional tests
• Mentor lower-level engineers through technical challenges and career growth
• Maintain high standards through architecture and code reviews
• Guide the team towards deliverables through grooming/planning
• Mentor teams through technical challenges and career growth
• Lead from a technical and architectural perspective focusing on the strategic roadmap
