Key Responsibilities
- Build communication and distribution links between multiple MoD forces
- Enable fast response, situation awareness training, and emergency response deployment
Desired Profile
We are looking for a Senior Level Software Developer willing to progress to team lead role in the future. Leadership aptitude and a supportive coach mindset are essential.
Scope of the Role
- Software development using Python & JavaScript across Linux & Windows
- Problem lead solutions engineering
- Developing and running mathematical models/algorithms
- Conducting background research for new techniques (e.g., AI & ML)
- Developing innovative analysis methods
- Ongoing professional self-development
Working Conditions
This role is hybrid office-based in Alton, Hampshire (2 days a week) with occasional travel to customer sites. Flexible hybrid options will increase after probation.
Applicants must be eligible for SC Clearance.
Salary & Benefits
