Location & Hours
Remote in the USA only - 8:00am- 5:00pmCST
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement automation processes using RPA tools, configuration management, and monitoring using Python scripting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for automation projects.
- Continuously optimize existing automation workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network automation issues in collaboration with the operations and engineering teams.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in network automation and infrastructure management.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance network automation capabilities.
- Design, test and debug software robots and create, maintain and support existing robots.
- Implement rules and regulations in accordance with best practices.
- Monitor robots to ensure they are running efficiently.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
