Job Description

Sr. Software Engineer is an individual contributor and primarily a back-end developer on an Agile team responsible for defining and building software. Join our new high visibility team on the AutoFlow project that focuses on automating existing business processes using AI, Machine Learning, RPA, Advanced Algorithms, and Cloud computing.

  • Design and implement automation strategies to optimize business processes and enhance productivity
  • Responsible for producing stable and high-performing applications
  • Work in Agile methodologies and contribute toward the entire lifecycle of a user story

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of software development experience in Python (Flask) or C# (.Net)
  • Experience utilizing Cloud services (Azure/AWS) and deploying applications in the Cloud
  • TDD (Unit & Integration tests), Microservices, Event-driven architecture
  • SQL & NoSQL Databases, CI/CD pipelines, Containerization (Docker)

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in automation of business processes and RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
  • Java, Extreme Programming (XP), communication between On-prem and Cloud
  • API Gateways, Application security, HTML/CSS/Javascript, Development in dev containers

Compensation

The salary range for this position is [$130K to $140K]. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience, and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k, and bonus opportunity.
