Job Title: Job-integrated Master Analyst - Risk Control / Audit / SQL / Python (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• You will be establishing and maintaining an effective system of audit analytics and artificial intelligence that provide valuable insights into risks and controls. This will involve developing automated methods to analyze and test large volumes of data for outliers, anomalies, patterns, and trends, ultimately helping to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of controls
• You will be designing continuous Auditing techniques to generate alarm triggers that notify anomalies and errors detected by the system on a more frequent basis. This includes automating real-time data verification processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• You will be defining continuous monitoring scenarios, red flags, and alert mechanisms, including identifying and mitigating operational risks such as fraud and ethical code breaches. Developing systematic controls to address these issues will be a crucial aspect of your role
• You will be analyzing big data to identify, design, and develop tailored query routines that contribute to audit processes. By utilizing your expertise in data analysis, you will extract valuable insights from large datasets to support audit activities
• You will be taking responsibility for executing and improving audit projects based on digitalization and audit intelligence. This may involve integrating audit analytics into audits, proposing new initiatives, executing data analytics maturity assessment, providing consultancy for DA Champions and experts, and ensuring the successful implementation of audit analytics initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency in audit processes
• You will be developing a Business Intelligence Infrastructure to automate control testing and support continuous risk assessment. This will provide senior management with accurate and timely information for making informed business decisions

Your Profile

• You have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, management information systems, or a related field
• You have solid experience in SQL and Python coding
• You are familiar with artificial intelligence tools such as Copilot and Azure OpenAI service
• You have strong domain expertise and a comprehensive understanding of core business objectives and corporate strategies
• You have the ability to interpret analytic results and identify opportunities and limitations
• You have project management experience, particularly in managing multi-functional teams
• You have a strong willingness to learn new technical and soft skills, and continuously develop professional capabilities
• You have excellent communication skills, with experience working with senior management and delivering compelling presentations
• You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating a proactive and adaptable attitude
• You exhibit high energy and passion for the role, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment
• You are fluent in English
