Senior Python Engineer
A revolutionary company, focused on transforming lives across the developing world through clean and safe cooking fuel, is seeking an experienced Senior Python Engineer to join their newly formed Virtual Device team. This team is tasked with the development of the interface of a large, global IoT environment which is central to the organisation. The successful candidate will focus on connectivity and interface development, playing a pivotal role in shaping the team's direction and product.
Organization Structure and Collaboration
This is a flat structured organization that thrives on collaboration, so you will work closely with the Head of Department who is heading up their Data Engineering and Software teams. You will work with technical and non-technical stakeholders, so a passion for communication is key.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
- Extensive experience with AWS, especially serverless products.
- Familiarity with IoT devices and AWS IoT Core is an advantageous but not crucial.
- Familiarity with DynamoDB, APIs and Gateways, Lambda, Terraform, etc.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset.
