Job Opportunity: Python Developer
OpTech is seeking strong Python Developers for one of their direct clients. This is a 6-month remote position within the US.
Required Experience:
- Related Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
- 5+ years related work experience, professional experience with technical design and coding in the IT industry
- Experience developing back-end processes and API services using Python
- Excellent understanding of RESTful Architecture style
- Excellent understanding of Python programming mode and required libraries to develop REST API Services
- Ability to evaluate various libraries with pros and cons to meet business / technical requirements
- Demonstrated understanding of the libraries used in previous projects
Additional Skills:
Candidate will be expected to be fully involved in technical grooming, implementing, and maintaining solutions for REST Python services and continuous deployment. Working knowledge of SCALA is also required. Testing the application and developing automated processes using PyTest is essential.
