Job Description

Senior Python Developer - Product Development / DevOps. The Senior Python Developer will perform duties related to 3rd party application management, deployment, and support for Clinical Imaging Solutions. This role is 70% Product Development and 30% DevOps. Understand the interactions between 3rd party applications and current systems and services hosted and evaluate the impact of changes and additions. Perform analysis on existing systems to ensure performance and reliability, enhance scalability, meet security requirements and interoperable and maintainable technology portfolio. Be a thought leader in your field helping teams adopt best practices.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Learn Clinical Imaging Solutions products and how they work.
  • Ongoing management, deployment, security scans etc.
  • Help build/develop automation into deployments, configuration and administration.
  • Mentoring and guiding the team members
  • Troubleshoot issues post-deployment and come up with solutions as required.

Technologies

Python, Windows OS (client and server), Gitlab, Jenkins, Terraform, GCP

Skills required

  • Previous Healthcare experience preferred, experience with Clinical Imaging Solutions is a big plus
  • Previous experience in a Product Development role is required.
  • Extensive Experience working with Google Cloud Platform is required.
  • Python experience is required.
  • Experience with Windows OS (client and Server) is required.
  • Experience with Jenkins, Terraform, and Gitlab is required.
  • Experience working in an Agile CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) development environment.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools, automation scripts, and overall automation to reduce manual efforts.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to document technical content.
  • A degree in computer science or equivalent experience
